To ensure we have 100% control over our processes, we employ strict quality control procedures that adhere to ISO 9001, PPAP Standards, as well as to customers’ individual, internal auditing and measuring systems.


To highlight our commitment to quality and how it is instilled in everything we do, Unicut have employed industry leading MRP software to guarantee complete control of all processes. On the shop floor, we have machine tools that measure and inspect components at regular intervals, to ensure our production runs comply with our strict Statistical Process Control (SPC) procedures. Our SPC system automatically records and stores data to provide customers with full traceability records of our production runs.


To further enhance our reputation as a high quality manufacturer, we have invested heavily in our Quality Control Department. Our expert inspection department utilises the latest OGP Smartscope non-contact video/contact 3D measuring system, that has fully automated inspection procedures. This latest acquisition enables our quality department to view and monitor critical areas of components, at a magnification of up to 256 times. With this investment in quality and process control, our customers have the confidence to take our Kanban certified deliveries direct to their production lines.
