Unicut operates a series of fixed head CNC mill/turn centres, providing our customers with parts machined on some of the most rigid, robust, and accurate turning centres available in the industry. Our significant investment in the latest Miyano technology reflects our commitment to precision, reliability, and production efficiency—delivering consistently high-quality components for even the most demanding applications.
These advanced machines feature dual spindles for simultaneous front and back-end machining, along with twin turrets that accommodate up to 42 cutting tools—24 of which can be driven. This makes the production of complex prismatic components both efficient and seamless.
Equipped with sophisticated software, our machines support superimposed cutting enabling up to three tools to work simultaneously—dramatically reducing cycle times.
Multi-Spindle CNC Turning
When it comes to producing high-quality components at scale, Unicut delivers with the cutting-edge Index MS40 Multi-Spindle. With over 40 axes machining simultaneously, these machines offer exceptional versatility—handling both simple and complex geometries with ease.
Engineered for speed, precision, and flexibility, the MS40 is paired with an Imeca bar loading system capable of holding nearly one tonne of material, enabling continuous, dynamic production. Temperature-controlled hydrostatic slides and a rigid Hirth coupling index drum—housing six independently programmable spindles—ensure exceptional accuracy and repeatability. This is modern high-volume manufacturing, combining the speed of multi-spindle production with the quality of CNC machining.
Sliding Head CNC Turning Centres
Our state-of-the-art CNC sliding head machinery provides the flexibility, capability, and capacity to deliver bespoke precision engineering services for even the most demanding specifications. Our facility houses 16 advanced Citizen sliding head CNC turning centres, producing both simple and complex components across a wide range of industries.
Grouped in size-specific cells, these machines enable streamlined production scheduling and support Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery. With a variety of machine models and configurations, we offer exceptional flexibility for both low and high-volume runs.
Our sliding head centres feature up to 13-axis machining and C-axis control on both main and sub-spindles, supporting highly intricate operations. Equipped with up to 80 cutting tools, including 14 driven tools, and high-pressure coolant systems reaching 2000 psi, these machines are engineered for efficiency, complexity, and repeatability. This enables our engineers to produce precision components—whether small, medium, or large batch runs—with uncompromising quality.
5-axis CNC Mill Centres
Equipped with three state-of-the-art Mazak VARIAXIS i-600 5-Axis Milling Machines, we can tackle any prismatic job with ease. Each of these robust 5-Axis machining centers comes with a 160-tool magazine, as well as laser tool measurement and component probing systems to guarantee first-time quality.
In addition, our operation is enhanced by the cutting-edge Mazak Palletech FMS Pallet System, which accommodates 48 pallets for seamless, unattended production. All pallets feature zero-point fixtures for quick and efficient changeovers.
Assembly
As a customer-focused business, Unicut features a dedicated assembly department to provide comprehensive service. Our assembly team operates in a clean room environment, enabling full or sub-assembly of components while maintaining impeccable quality.
We conduct back pressure and leak testing for pneumatic and hydraulic assemblies to ensure 100% calibration and utilize various jigs, fixtures, and testing equipment to exceed quality expectations.
Additionally, we offer bagging and packaging services to deliver assembled products in standard or custom packaging. Unicut’s pack and dispatch resource ensures timely deliveries with appropriate packaging, providing a complete ‘concept to component/assembly’ service.
Delivery and Supply Chain

As part of our delivery and supply chain solutions, we offer consignment stock tailored to the production schedules of end users, with established maximum and minimum quantity levels. To enhance this service, we provide the option for consignment stock to be stored either at the customer’s location or at Unicut, optimizing the customer’s available floor space.
